Hassle Free Cancelation Guarantee

If you do not feel that Resolute Leasing is living up to your expectations for any reason, give us a standard 30 day notice and we will start the transfer process for your property.

Pet Damage 
Guarantee

If an approved pet damages the property beyond the tenants security deposit, Resolute Leasing will cover the repair cost up to $1000

12 Month Lease
​Guarantee

If a new first time tenant placed by Resolute Leasing fails to complete their initial 12 month lease, Resolute Leasing will waive the leasing fee for acquiring the next tenant.

Eviction
​Guarantee

If a tenant placed by Resolute Leasing must be evicted, Resolute Leasing will cover the cost of the court filing fees associated with the eviction process.

Partnership Guarantee

We will never charge a management fee if we have not received rent for your property from a tenant or if your property is vacant.

  • We use vetted and insured 3rd party vendors for all maintenance and turnovers
  • Tenants will receive necessary HVAC filers monthly delivered directly to their door.
